Eastbrook Farm Veal
Veal crates were banned in the UK in 1990 and in the rest of Europe in 2007. Rose veal comes from animals that are farmed using better welfare methods than in traditional veal rearing. Over a decade ago, high welfare veal farming in the UK was pioneered by Helen Browning’s ‘Eastbrook Farm Organic Meat’.
